Somerville Ave - the main road near our apartment - has been torn up since we moved here. I expect they will finally finish around the time we move back to Durham.
You should be able to adjust only the blue channel in Adobe Camera Raw… try that.

The D200 is better, but not best, unfortunately. Noise reduction like Noise Ninja or the NR in CaptureNX work pretty well to smooth it out when it’s bad.

yeah, I used the NR in Lightroom, but there isn’t a way to only apply it to the blue channel. So if I use too much it makes everything else look weird. Oh well.
